Payment Policies: A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your party date. The remaining payment for your package is due 7 days prior to the party date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date are nonrefundable & nontransferable.
Important Information: You are responsible for bringing all food, paper goods, and beverages. Two white tablecloths are provided for the party room. You may arrive up to 15 minutes early to check in and set up (Parking for Morning Parties is limited. Please encourage your guests to drop off their child. Party hosts can double park in handicap space temporarily to drop off supplies, additional parking options available at the bank behind the building which is accessible from Fulford Avenue, in the Z-Vault lot or across the street adjacent to Black Eyed Suzies.)
